Lesson Description

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch and do a listening exercise on an educational video about wildfires and their causes and effects. It includes discussion questions and conversation activities about wildfires and natural disasters. Students also learn some important vocabulary terms from the video. The post-viewing section includes follow-up discussion questions and an activity on vocabulary context usage. The grammar section features the usage of the conjunction "while" to express contrast. There is an additional natural disaster comparison task, evacuation order task, as well as a quiz and review section.
