In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a short instructional and informational video about 5 easy home exercises you can do. It includes discussion questions, conversation, and other activities about exercising and going to the gym. Students also learn some important vocabulary terms and phrases from the video. There is a section for pronunciation, and the grammar exercise features the usage of the conjunction "as if" with the past simple. There are additional speaking tasks, as well as a quiz and review section with a bonus activity.
