Lesson Description

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a video and do a listening exercise on sleep. It includes discussion questions, conversation, and other activities about sleeping. Students also learn some important vocabulary terms, expressions, and phrases from the video. The grammar exercise features the usage of 'either...or' and 'neither...nor'. Insufficient sleep is a public health problem. But while we hear plenty about how we should be getting more sleep, it turns out that quality of sleep could sometimes have greater benefits than the quantity. It might be worth trying to sleep better.
