Lesson Description

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a short documentary video and do a listening exercise about the conflict between Taiwan and China, and the history behind it. It includes discussion questions and conversation activities about China and Taiwan, and political conflicts. Students also learn some important vocabulary terms and phrases from the video. The post-viewing section includes follow-up discussion, rewriting sentences, and vocabulary context usage. There are additional speaking & speech tasks, as well as a quiz and review section.
